Below are some common examples of workflows which assist in automating a series of actions throughout HubSolv.
No Answer SMS/email workflow
As leads come in, you can trigger a workflow based on your contact or marketing strategy. Within a workflow such as this, you can send out SMS or emails to leads based on their status at any given day or time you wish. The example below details a workflow which sends a series of SMS messages and emails over the course of the first week that the leads come in. Leads will come in with the default status 'Not Contacted' and will then move to 'No Answer' to trigger the workflow.
Move to another campaign after so many days
You can have certain statuses set up so that leads are assigned a new status after a certain number of days. The example below covers the situation when a contact strategy does not manage to convert the lead so a workflow can be put in place to move the lead to a 'closed' or 'dead' leads campaign. This can be incorporated into the 'SMS/Email Workflow' but can be separate if you wish to include any further actions.
Agree IVA - generate and send docs - chase docs after so many days
If a client agrees to an IVA and your process involves generating and sending documents to the client, you can trigger a workflow to chase these documents after so many days of them not being returned. The chase action can be anything from an SMS, Email or task the assigned user to call the client. In this scenario, a workflow can be started by a trigger located within the 'IVA Agreed' campaign to chase the client for the generated document to be signed after so many days.
Delete client after so many days (1 Year)
With GDPR now in effect, client/lead data is recommended to be deleted after so many days. This workflow will detail how to automate this process for leads who are associated with the 'dead leads' status after a year.
