HubSolv comes equipped with the ability to delete modules of client data and keep fields appropriate to your use case. An example of this would be; client emails in wanting their financial information deleted because they don't feel comfortable having it on the system but still want to hear about products and services in the future. Fair enough.
With the HubSolv data delete trigger action you can delete certain modules that are relevant to these requests or if you just want to fully remove all data on a client record, you can of course do that too.

Ideally, this is how it should look, whenever the status is CLIENT REQUEST - Delete Data, it'll delete any modules that we select within the options of this action. Here is a preview of those options

As you can see, you can choose which modules you want to delete all information from and which fields you'd like to keep. You can also choose whether you want to remove notes and documents as well.
It's important to note this is a hard delete. This information cannot be recovered by our support staff so it is essential that you are careful when using these options.
HubSolv would typically expect this sort of action to use be used in a workflow to keep client data for let's say 6 months, then remove it from the system once it's no longer needed.
Step by Step Guide:
- Go to the triggers for whichever campaign you want to set this up on
- Create a new status changed trigger
- Add the action Delete Client Data
- Select which modules you want to delete the information for (Can hold SHIFT / CTRL) to Multiselect
- Same for the other optional options
- Add your relevant conditions
- Go back to the trigger page and enable the trigger once you are happy.
