The 'Push to' functionality allows cases to be pushed from your HubSolv account to other companies that also use HubSolv.
This feature can be particularly useful for Introducers; to push packaged cases to Insolvency Practitioners to manage in HubSolv. With the ability to also trigger actions based on pushed cases, Introducers can subscribe to get notifications for pushed cases, to get feedback in real-time and follow closely the stages of each case.
To push a case to another HubSolv, follow these steps:
1. Create a Client Status that represents where you are sending this lead/case i.e. 'Push to Insolvency Firm' - details on adding statuses can found here.
2. Create a 'Status change' trigger within your chosen campaign; go to trigger options and select 'Push to HubSolv'. (You can learn about triggers in this article)
3. Create a trigger on the action Change Status. This way, whenever the status is changed to 'Push to Insolvency Firm', it will push the lead over to the other HubSolv account.
4. To configure your main action, select 'Push Case to HubSolv', and fill in the fields with the relevant details.
- Push Case to HubSolv: Indicate the URL of the HubSolv user/account you want to push the case to (Without http:// at the start)
- Include Notes: Add any notes you may want to share.
- Campaign ID: Add in case you want to set this lead to a specific campaign in the other end.
- Subscribe to notifications: Allows you to get live updates and feedback for your pushed cases. You can also then create more triggers based on updates.
