Wallboards in HubSolv are visualisations designed to show relevant information generated from the MI Report Builder. You can learn more about reports here.
You can use Wallboards to:
- Showcase case transitions
- Showcase daily, weekly, monthly, yearly targets
- Showcase individual staff targets.
Wallboards can be set up by a HubSolv staff member. Feel free to contact us at helpdesk@hubsolv.com; we'll be glad to help you. Alternatively, you can follow these steps:
- Create a separate role within HubSolv called report_board. This role will be responsible for detecting users for visualising Wallboards.
- Give the report_board role permission to view hub only.
- Add the role report_board to a group in order to allow access to the campaign and retrieve data for building reports. (Find out more about groups here)
- Once the permissions have been setup, you can assign reports to users. As with any MI report, when it comes to saving the report, you can assign it to any user and it will appear on their homepage. The same goes for Wallboard users.
Once the role, group and reports have been assigned, the user should be able to login and view the reports in the Wallboard style layout. Settings can be modified in order to refresh the view on the Wallboard, as well as scrolling settings. Scroll settings will cycle through all the reports you have been given access to.
