Getting started with Wallboards

HubSolv comes with the ability to show the reports in a full screen type fashion making it usable on wall mounted screens. A bit of configuration is required to get this feature setup.

User:

A User has to be created to login to HubSolv and view the reports. You can call this user whatever you want.

Roles:

Next a role has to be created called report_board with the following capabilities.

• View Hub
• View Campaigns

Once the role has been configured and the user has been assigned to this role, you then need to assign the report to the user.

Report:

When saving a report you have the option to assign the report to certain users so it shows up on the homepage of their HubSolv. This has to be done for the user you just created otherwise it won't have access to see the report.
