Once you have got to grips with the report builder, it is then necessary to understand how to save, export or schedule a report, as then you can implement reporting into your process.
Initially, it is important to note that once you have ran a report, you can edit it by simply pressing the "+" icon which is situated at the right hand side of the "report setting" panel. This is useful if you run a report, but then want to add in additional columns- you simply
- press the "+" icon,
- amend the filters
- press run.
As shown in the video below;
To save the report as an XLS report, you just select "export to XLS", and this will save to your computer; allowing you local access to the report, so if desired you can open it, amend it and send it to relevant parties.
However, a useful feature of the report builder is the ability to save and schedule reports. In instances where you use an introducer, but do not want them to have access to your HubSolv, you can schedule a report (daily, weekly, monthly) to be sent automatically to them, whereby they can see how their leads are performing, without jeopardising the integrity of your data.
