Where can I download the app?
HubSolv Messenger is a web-based application, which means it works in the browser and there's no need for downloads or installations. It is also compatible across different types of devices, all it needs is an Internet connection and a modern browser.
How do I top up credits for Credit Searches and Bank Connect?
HubSolv Messenger has a built-in credit management system, where you can buy credits and check your balance to ensure you aren't running low. You can find out more about this here: Credit Searches/Bank Connect Credits
How does a user get connected to the portal?
When a conversation is about to start on HubSolv Messenger, the client receives an email and SMS message with a link to access the portal, to create a password and account (It is important that the client record is updated with the correct information for mobile number and email fields). If for some reason the client doesn't receive this message, please contact helpdesk@hubsolv.com so that we can provide the link accordingly.
I am experiencing problems with Bank Connect. What can I do?
We have established a list of possible reasons why the Bank Connect feature may not work as expected. Please check this page: Bank Connect. It is vital that there are no messages popping up on the screen when entering online banking.
