There are several reasons why a Client would be unable to perform a credit search via HubSolv Messenger.
All reasons can be found within the Client Details module which will stop a client going ahead with a credit search which are;
- First Name - ensure the client's full first name (no abbreviations) is present
- Surname - Full current Surname (previous surnames should be placed in the Other/Previous Names field
- Email Address and Mobile Number - An email address and contact number are required for Hubsolv Messenger to open a portal for the client
- Address History - A credit search requires a minimum of 3 years of address history with address details completed in the correct fields (postcode, house/flat numbers and town)
- Date of Birth - A Correct Date of Birth is required to conduct a credit search
