Credit Searches

Credit Searches can be performed through HubSolv Messenger, our instant messaging portal (formerly known as Ibby), providing Credit Reports on individuals with information about debts and creditors, in order to qualify debtors and evaluate affordability.

Our Credit Search feature is a way to gather all information required on debts and creditors for a client in a quick, automated and secure way - saving you time and hassle. 

In order to pull credit reports, you will need the following:

• Client's address history for the past 3 years 
• Set up your HubSolv Messenger configuration with the item Credit Search added to it. Find out more about this step here
• Consent from the client to allow the credit search. This is done through HubSolv Messenger, simply with the click of a button, once the client logs in to HubSolv Messenger.

Once the credit search is complete, the system will fill out the debts tab with all the relevant information found. It is recommended that you run through this information with the client to ensure it is accurate.
