SuperAdmin and users with the Manage Users capability in their role can create new users and assign them a role based on what level of access the user should have.
To create a new user, go to User Management and then select Create User.
You will then be required to fill out the following fields to fully set up the new user.

First name - Displays throughout the system and populates the dynamic field
user_name. -
Last name - Displays throughout the system and also populates the dynamic field
user_name. - Username - The login name for the user. Note: Usernames and email addresses must be unique.
- Send Credit Alerts - If enabled, the user will receive email alerts when SMS, Bank Connect, Anti–Money Laundering, or Credit Search credits reach low or critical levels, prompting a top-up.
- Email - Used for password resets, assigned-user email notifications, & other system email triggers.
- Role - Defines the user’s level of access. Click the link here to learn more about User Roles.
- Print Username - Sent to external printing partners if you have an active integration.
- Restrict IP - Limits login access to specified IP addresses (e.g., a company office). Multiple IPs can be added, separated by commas.
- User Colour - Assigns a colour to the user for easy identification in the Client List.

Job Title - Populates the dynamic field

- Send from address - The “From” address used when sending a custom email from a client file using Send email to client or Send email to other.

SMS, Email, and New Cases: If set to Yes, an alert will appear in the bottom-left corner of the screen whenever new communications or cases are received.

Tasks: If set to Yes, you’ll receive an alert when a task reminder is due. You can also set this to Yes – High Priority only, in which case only tasks marked with the High Priority flag will trigger an alert.

Messenger Sound: You can enable a notification sound to play whenever an alert is received.

Once you complete the fields above, click 'Create User' and this will then send a temporary password to the new user. Once they login for the first time they will be prompted to change their password to something more memorable. Users can also change settings by clicking on their name on the top right of the page and selecting 'Edit Profile'.
All active users will be billed on the first of every month.
